Job Position:

A senior operations supervisor is required to oversee daily activities, manage staff, and ensure timely troubleshooting at clients' end.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • In-depth knowledge of wireless networks, routing, switching configuration, wireless P2P links, firewalls, UBNT AP and client-side devices configuration/troubleshooting, NMS software installation/optimization, VLAN, access control lists, policy-based routing, and troubleshooting skills. Microtik and MRTG configuration skills are also required.
  • Manage staff, prepare work schedules, and assign specific duties.
  • Ensure daily activities, monitor salespersons and technical teams, and ensure timely troubleshooting at clients' end.
  • Create proposals and respond to RFI/RFP documents.
  • Develop relationships with prospects, customers, and channel partners.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and other department members as a team player.
