We are looking for a results-driven Senior IT Recruiter to partner with clients in Islamabad Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and recommending top talent for our clients.

Key Accountabilities
  • The Senior IT Recruiter will conduct thorough research to understand client needs and requirements.
  • The recruiter will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top candidates.
  • The job involves managing job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews with potential candidates.
  • The Senior IT Recruiter will participate in job fairs and professional events to network with potential candidates.
  • The recruiter will maintain a robust talent pipeline and provide regular updates to clients.
  • The role requires ensuring accurate documentation of the hiring process.
  • The Senior IT Recruiter will foster strong relationships with clients and staffing agencies.
  • The recruiter will stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field (work experience considered in lieu of degree).
  • Work experience as an IT Recruiter, HR Coordinator, Corporate Recruiter, or similar position in the Human Resources department.
  • Able to evaluate candidates through the interview process.
  • Confidential information handling skills.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Databases.
  • Strong writing skills for accurate job descriptions.
  • Knowledge of various job boards.
  • Quick decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent relation-building skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Strong understanding of labor and HR regulations.
  • Excellent work ethics with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Profound knowledge of the hiring process.
