Job Title: Client Outreach Recruiter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Client Outreach Recruiter to join our team. As a Client Outreach Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding the right talent to staff our clients with full-time, part-time, or temporary positions.

You will write job descriptions, post information in highly visible places, and screen and select candidates who best fit the criteria. Your strong networking skills will help you find the perfect candidate for each role.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with companies and be their go-to person for all recruitment needs. You will have the ability to build relationships with clients and understand their expectations.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Finding companies and working with the team to become their Talent Acquisition person.
  • Working with clients to determine staffing needs.
  • Conducting meetings with clients and noting down their requirements.
  • Discussing packages and qualifications criteria with clients.
  • Knowing job specifications, job candidates, and job requirements for the position.
  • Posting job ads on various platforms such as job boards, social media networks, and website career pages.
  • Attending job fairs and other professional events.
  • Screening resumes and interviewing potential candidates on a regular basis.
  • Maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future use.
  • Preparing reports on the best-fit candidates and updating clients.
  • Ensuring proper documentation of the entire hiring process is maintained.
  • Updating and storing all required information in Resume Databases.
  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with clients and other staffing agencies.
Job Specification

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a relevant field. Work experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience as an IT Recruiter, HR Coordinator, Corporate Recruiter, or similar position in the Human Resources department.
  • Able to evaluate candidates through the interview process.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Databases.
  • Strong working experience in writing accurate job descriptions.
  • Knowledge of various job boards.
  • Quick decision-making abilities.
  • Phenomenal relation-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Amazing time management abilities.
  • Strong understanding of labor and HR regulations.
  • Excellent work ethics with an ability to meet deadlines.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate great knowledge of the hiring process.
