Job Title: Chief Operating Officer Cash Processing Center

We are seeking a dynamic, highly experienced and operationally strong professional to lead our nationwide cash processing operations. As the second-in-command to the CEO, you will oversee end-to-end cash sorting, processing and handling across Pakistan, ensuring maximum efficiency, security, regulatory compliance and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for all cash processing centers across Pakistan.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cash sorting, bundling, verification, counterfeit detection and packaging.
  • Align operations with the organization's long-term vision, policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead, mentor and manage regional and zonal operations teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Build a high-performing workforce through training, KPIs and structured appraisals.
  • Foster a culture of discipline, compliance and customer-first service in all centers.
  • Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, security protocols and compliance standards across all centers.
  • Coordinate with internal and external audit teams to manage risk and ensure transparency.
  • Optimize coordination with armored transportation teams, banking clients and regulators where applicable.
  • Oversee daily operations related to sorting of ATM fit/unfit notes, mutilated currency and fitness analysis.
  • Maintain full accountability of processed volumes, reporting accuracy and MIS dashboards.
  • Act as a key liaison between the CEO's office and all regional center operations.
  • Represent the organization in high-level meetings with partners and regulators.
  • Ensure client SLAs are achieved and customer satisfaction is consistently high.
