Job Description:

A professional with a strong background in human resources is required to oversee various aspects of the team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests efficiently.
  • Manage digital and electronic records of employees effectively.
  • Assist with recruitment processes by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
  • Coordinate calendars for the HR management team.
  • Oversee compensation and benefit documentation accurately.
  • Support performance management procedures.
  • Arrange meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain agendas.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff members.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Process payroll and resolve any errors promptly.
  • Complete termination paperwork and conduct exit interviews professionally.
  • Stay updated on the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Delegate tasks and set objectives for team members, track employee growth, and monitor daily performance.
  • Tax calculation on salaries is essential.
  • Develop and implement company policies and procedures that foster a healthy work environment.
  • Research staffing trends, establish systematic workflows, and recommend solutions to enhance recruitment practices.
  • Liaise with existing employees and address their requests and grievances to ensure a safe workplace.
  • Guide senior management on compliance-related matters and present findings through virtual meetings.
  • Lead and coordinate onboarding for new hires, process probationary feedback, and manage employee evaluations and terminations.
