We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to enhance our customer service offerings.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including calls, chats, and emails, and be adept at building strong relationships with customers.
The role involves responding promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and queries, as well as logging details in relevant CRM software and providing timely updates.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for upselling and conversion of passive prospects into long-term customers, as well as warm and cold calling to meet sales targets.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and queries
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and making necessary correspondence
- Logging details in relevant CRM software and providing timely updates
- Upselling and conversion of passive prospects into long-term customers
Key Requirements:
- Previous call center experience is an asset
- Comfortable working in shifts
- Good verbal and spoken English language skills
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and queries
- Log details in relevant CRM software and provide timely updates
- Upsell and convert passive prospects into long-term customers
