Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore for a Customer Relationship Specialist. The Customer Relationship Specialist will be responsible for managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include providing support through various communication channels, analyzing customer feedback, and working collaboratively to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Customer Service experiences
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Communication
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in a similar role is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred
