Job Description
  • Drive business growth through strategic partnerships, leveraging digital ecosystems to enhance customer experience.
  • Develop and execute plans to onboard distributors, negotiate commercials, and manage partnership agreements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive customer growth and digitization of financial services.
  • Executing the bank's partnership strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory compliance, and risk appetite.
  • Monetizing internal capabilities by marketing PAAS and BAAS capabilities to other banks, FinTechs, and non-bank companies.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in all ecosystem-related activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successful partnership management, with experience in managing multiple complex ecosystem portfolios.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with external partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital banking trends, technologies, and customer behaviors.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to ecosystem development and management in the banking industry.
