Job Title: Senior Construction Supervisor

About the Role

To assist the Project Manager in the preparation of contractual documents, bills, and computation of quantities is a key responsibility for this position. This will involve working closely with the Project Manager to ensure all necessary documents are prepared accurately and on time.

The role also involves ensuring construction supervision of new buildings and timely repair/renovation of existing buildings. This requires strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.


Key Requirements
  • A diploma in Civil Engineering Technology (minimum 3 years) is required for this position.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Knowledge of the Information Technology and Services sector is necessary.
