Job Description

The primary role of this position is to facilitate data-driven decision-making through the analysis and presentation of actionable insights.

This involves gathering and analyzing large datasets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing data visualizations to inform business strategy.

Key responsibilities include devising strategic plans to improve business efficiency, identifying areas for synergy across different business functions, and collaborating with senior management to recommend strategies and business plans.

Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, communicating effectively to inform and enable improvements in quality of business delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
  • Exceptional strategic planning, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
  • Education: Minimum Graduation / Masters (Preferably)
  • Experience: 2-4 years of Experience (Planning Role / Driving High Impact Initiatives / Strategic Planning).
