We expect our Quality Assurance Expert to be highly motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional results.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
They will also be responsible for overseeing the quality of sales processes within the North Region and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
The region encompasses three provinces: Punjab, NWFP, and Azad Kashmir. It is the duty of the Quality Assurance Expert to ensure that all sales processes meet the company's high standards.
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess an MBA, ACMA, or equivalent degree, along with three to four years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry or a reputable organization.
