We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Professional to lead the expansion of our business outreach. This is a full-time remote opportunity based in Lahore, ideal for ambitious professionals who are keen to drive growth, build lasting client relationships, and play a strategic role in our company's expansion.

As part of a flexible work environment, the selected candidate will have the option to work remotely or from our Lahore-based office. This role is performance-driven and suited for individuals with a strong background in business development, particularly within the recruitment or business services sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to accelerate revenue growth
  • Develop and implement targeted sales and business development strategies
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Prepare business proposals, negotiate terms, and successfully close deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintain updated records in CRM and prepare regular performance reports
  • Represent us at client meetings and industry events
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience or network in recruitment or business services is an added advantage
