About the Role

As a Group Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with the organization's goals. You will also oversee the finance team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Financial Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute financial plans that drive business growth and profitability.
  2. Financial Analysis and Reporting: Provide accurate and timely financial insights to inform business decisions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Talent Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the finance team, promoting skill-building and career advancement opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: A master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, along with a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA).
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in finance, including at least 7 years in a senior leadership position.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of financial modeling, data analysis, and financial planning tools, excellent leadership and communication skills.
