Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Java Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Java development and troubleshooting, as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring applications, resolving issues, and maintaining our Java-based systems. This includes providing technical support coverage during business hours, monitoring system performance, and responding to alerts.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution
    • Analyze and resolve issues in Java applications, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
    • Collaborate with development teams to identify and address root causes of issues.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing
    • Document incidents and solutions in a centralized knowledge base for easy access and sharing among team members.
  • Technical Support and Collaboration
    • Provide technical support to end-users during business hours, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and project management, to ensure seamless issue resolution and system maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Java Development and Troubleshooting
    • At least 2 years of experience with Java development and troubleshooting.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
