We are looking for a detail-oriented Retail Business Analyst to join our team. This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to work closely with the Retail team in presenting and analysing business performance.

Retail Analytics
  • Key responsibilities include preparing store-wise revenue targets as per periodic requirements, analysing business performance against KPIs, and supporting the business through timely and accurate information.
  • You will be working closely with all store teams for inventory analysis to deliver budgeted sales and GP and delivery of store-level and concept-level plans.
  • Identifying inventory optimisation opportunities through analytics with store teams is also an important aspect of this role.
  • The successful candidate will develop reports for the team and relevant stakeholders, including on-demand analysis.
  • Candidates must conduct weekly meetings to review store performance, analyse sales trends, and address target shortfalls with the Retail team.
Business Performance & Insights
  • This role requires building and executing necessary actions in case of non-performing store items in coordination with the Retail team.
  • The position involves monitoring collection level tracking at store level.
Store Operations
  • Ensuring execution of visual merchandising in coordination with the Store Design team is a key responsibility.
  • Overseeing checklists for new stores, including product inventory, sales forecast, and operational requirements with relevant stakeholders is also required.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Finance, IT, BBA or similar field.

Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience.
