Job Description

1. Elicit requirements using the most appropriate techniques to ensure that business needs are clearly understood and captured.
2. Coordinate project activities, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
3. Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and the development team to ensure a clear understanding of objectives and deliverables.
4. Assess the feasibility of new systems and enhancements to existing systems.
5. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and analyze their potential benefits to the business.
6. Build and maintain relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
7. Follow the agile (Scrum/Kanban/Other) principles throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.
8. Confidently participate in Agile ceremonies such as Backlog Refinement and Sprint Planning sessions.
9. Leverage communication skills to help translate between technical and business stakeholders.
10. Work as a part of a squad on individual or multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, under the guidance of senior Business Analysts.
11. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Coordinator, or similar role in software development.
12. Strong experience with Agile methodologies, especially in the role of Business Analyst.
13. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex technical details into clear business concepts.
14. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
15. Experience in stakeholder management and negotiation.
16. Strong analytical and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to push projects over the finish line.
17. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Coordinator, or similar role in software development.
2. Strong experience with Agile methodologies, especially in the role of Business Analyst.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex technical details into clear business concepts.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
5. Experience in stakeholder management and negotiation.

7. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Additional Information

• Experience with specific industry domain knowledge relevant to the projects.
• Certifications such as AAC, ECBA, CBAP or similar.
