AI Architect Role

We are seeking an experienced AI architect to design and develop cutting-edge AI-driven systems that automate complex software development tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and software engineering, with expertise in implementing Generative AI solutions and proficiency in using various Large Language Models (LLMs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your engineering skills to drastically improve development speed, minimize human error, and boost code quality.
  • Architect and design AI-driven systems that automate complex software development tasks, including architecture generation, dependency management, and predictive coding.
  • Engage in cutting-edge R&D, stay abreast of AI and software engineering advancements, attend conferences, and collaborate with academic and professional peers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a software engineer driving impactful projects.
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI code assistants such as Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, or v0.dev.
  • Proven experience in implementing Generative AI solutions or projects.
  • Proficiency in using various LLMs, including GPT, Claude, and Mistral, to address business challenges.

Benefits:
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
