Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead end-to-end implementations of our Internal Audit & Risk Management System. The role involves project management, client engagement, system configuration, documentation, and user training.

Candidates would be working with leading banks and organizations in Pakistan for implementations, with their Internal Audit, Risk, Compliance and IT departments. Short-term travel to GCC countries for implementations and training may be required.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver client implementation projects from initiation to completion.
  • Engage directly with clients to gather requirements and ensure satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Configure and deploy systems based on client needs and best practices.
  • Conduct training sessions for client staff.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing and oversee issue resolution.
  • Coordinate post-implementation support and advise clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience of system implementation consulting.
  • Proven experience managing software/system implementations.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and client management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Understanding of internal audit and risk management processes preferred.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CIA, CISA, PMP) preferred.
