We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development professional to fill this role in the FX & CFDs industry. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a proven track record of success in sales or business development roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish new partnerships, expand existing relationships, and drive revenue growth through effective relationship management and performance optimization strategies.
  • Maintain and strengthen ties with current partners and clients through regular engagement and performance reviews.
  • Implement loyalty programs, trading promotions, and performance optimization techniques to increase trading volumes and revenue share.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development roles within the FX & CFDs industry.
  • Strong understanding of MT4/MT5 trading platforms and core FX & CFDs products.
  • Proven ability to acquire new partners and manage client portfolios effectively.
  • Familiarity with spreads, rebates, partner programs, and trading promotions.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline and lead management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • A proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus, especially languages relevant to assigned markets.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: PKR 10,00,000 - PKR 25,00,000 per annum
  • PKR 14,75,000 per year based on average of remuneration_min and remuneration_max
