About the Job

This is a full-time on-site role requiring an HR Manager located in Rawalpindi. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to human resource management, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and select high-quality candidates for various positions within the organization.
  • Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: Foster a positive work environment by resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes and updates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills.
  • Excellent Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of Benefits Administration and HR Compliance.
  • Experience in Payroll Processing and HRIS systems.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Additional Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required for this position. Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are highly valued but not necessary. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in recruitment, talent management, or payroll processing.
