IT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT leader to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our organization's technology operations. This role involves managing the IT team, developing and implementing strategic plans for technology adoption, ensuring system security and reliability, and supporting the technological needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily IT operations, including infrastructure, networks, software, servers, and help desk support.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for IT services.
  • Manage IT resources, contracts, and vendor relationships to ensure optimal value.
  • Ensure the security of IT systems, data, and network infrastructure through proactive measures.
  • Plan and lead IT projects, including system upgrades, cloud migrations, and new technology implementations to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand IT needs and align solutions with business objectives.
  • Monitor system performance and take proactive steps to minimize downtime and risks.
  • Lead and mentor IT staff, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to promote professional development.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance business competitiveness.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred) with relevant coursework in systems administration, networking, and cybersecurity.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT, including 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role with leadership skills and technical expertise.
  • Strong technical background with experience in systems administration, networking, and cybersecurity to drive secure and reliable IT services.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to build strong relationships and resolve complex issues.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), enterprise applications, and ITIL practices to deliver high-quality IT services.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, PMP, CISSP, Microsoft Certified) are a plus to demonstrate expertise and commitment to professional development.
