Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Technology Officer to lead our technology strategy and drive innovation across the organization.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of IT professionals, fostering collaboration and driving results-oriented decision-making.
  • Prioritize emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable IT infrastructure, including servers, data centers, and cloud environments.
  • Evaluate and enhance the availability, performance, and security of on-premise and cloud infrastructure.
  • Implement disaster recovery plans and ensure business continuity through effective risk management.
  • Drive the implementation, integration, and optimization of ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to customize ERP modules for operations, finance, HR, procurement, and other departments.
  • Optimize ERP reporting and analytics capabilities for business intelligence.
  • Design and manage secure and scalable networking architecture, including LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, and VLANs.
  • Monitor network performance and protect against cybersecurity threats using tools like firewalls, intrusion detection, antivirus, and endpoint protection.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, such as GDPR and local laws.
  • Supervise the development and maintenance of in-house applications and third-party integrations.
  • Ensure regular software updates, license compliance, and version control across the organization.
  • Evaluate and deploy productivity tools and enterprise collaboration platforms.
  • Define and enforce IT policies, SOPs, and security protocols.
  • Manage vendor contracts and IT procurement budgets.
  • Conduct regular IT audits and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Drive automation, process re-engineering, and digitization across departments.
  • Lead research and development on AI/ML, IoT, cloud-native tools, and modern digital tools for operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (MBA IT/MIS is a plus).
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in IT, including 5+ years in a senior IT leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Excellent problem-solving and crisis management skills.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication abilities.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, diversified business environment.
  • Relevant certifications, such as CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, PMP/PRINCE2, SAP/Oracle ERP, or CISA/CISM/CISSP, are considered a plus.
