
Senior Business Development Manager

We are a leading company in the building materials sector, committed to delivering exceptional quality products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive business growth by increasing new dealer networks and maintaining strong relationships with existing dealers.
- Candidate must have experience in retail business, preferably in the building material sector, with a proven track record of establishing or revising successful dealer networks.
- Expertise in premium or quality product-based dealer networks is highly desirable.
- Foster engagement activities with plumbers and architects to promote Beta Pipes' success and increase brand visibility.
- Develop and implement effective dealer agreements, ensuring all necessary documents are complete and accurate.
- Maintain dealer market share development, volume, and product mix within the area of responsibility to meet sales goals and achieve market penetration.
- Formulate plans to ensure achievement of team and personal quarterly and annual sales and recovery targets, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
- Lead the sales force to develop their skills, ensuring a high professional standard is achieved and quarterly sales and KPI targets are met.
- Analyze market dynamics and competition to identify business opportunities and provide valuable insights to management about the central region.
- Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, surveying customer needs and trends, and tracking competitors.
- Develop and implement sales programs through field sales action plans.
- Monitor dealer stock inventory levels to ensure they meet both the dealer's business plan and current market demands.
- Manage retail sales assistance processes and sales tools to achieve successful attainment of assigned annual sales volume and gross profit.
- Contribute to the development of the Beta Pipes sales segment's strategic plans, providing critical insights and expertise.
- Bachelor's degree along with 5 to 6 years of experience in the retail sector of a building material firm.
