
Business Development Representative

Inbound lead qualification is a crucial business process that requires discipline and excellent communication skills. As an Inbound Lead Qualification Specialist, you will support clients by qualifying inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and routing them to the appropriate sales channel or team.
Key Responsibilities:- Qualify Inbound MQLs: Assess their fit for further engagement and make data-driven decisions to maximize lead potential.
- Route Leads: Ensure timely and effective distribution of qualified leads across multiple regions.
- Manage Lead Flow: Follow defined cadences and structured processes to maintain efficient lead management.
- Achieve Targets: Consistently deliver an average of 2+ qualified meetings per week, depending on lead volume.
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Prior experience in lead qualification, sales development, or a similar function.
- Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet established targets.
