About the Role:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition
    • Design and execute a recruitment strategy to attract top talent in various fields.
    • Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and select the best fit for each position.
  • Learning and Development
    • Create training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge, improving overall performance.
    • Collaborate with department heads to develop customized training solutions that meet business needs.
  • Employee Support
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disputes.
    • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
    • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance and leave policies.
  • Business Partnerships
    • Work closely with department heads to develop HR strategies that align with business objectives.
    • Participate in workforce planning to anticipate future hiring and training needs.
  • Data Analysis
    • Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.
    • Analyze HR data to track key metrics, such as employee turnover and training effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
