About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Executive to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for executing projects to meet client and supervisor expectations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in market research, excellent analytical and numerical skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

You will work closely with our management team to develop analysis plans, create charting templates, and draft reports and commentaries.

In addition, you will participate in training and ensure compliance with key initiatives and protocols, follow proper process protocols, and plan data runs efficiently.

Responsibilities

  1. Operational Excellence: Project Management & Client Management
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and thorough checking of materials sent to operations and support teams.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Skillset: Analytical, Report Writing, and Presentation Skills
  • Develop and implement analysis plans, creating charting templates and drafting reports and commentaries.
  • Brief charting and tabulation teams on project requirements, ensuring accurate and efficient results.
  • Review data tables and charts to identify errors and areas for improvement.
Productivity: Compliance and Process Adherence
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with key initiatives and protocols, following proper process protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Plan data runs efficiently, minimizing re-runs by data processing teams.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in Market Research.
  • University degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields; postgraduate degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or Tableau is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Excellent communication and visualization skills, with an interest in storytelling techniques.
