**Job Title:** Senior Research and Development Manager

  • • Suggest innovative tools and techniques to optimize our research processes.
  • • Design new growth strategies through research-driven insights.
  • • Research mortgage loan products offered in other markets.
  • • Oversee product development, considering market trends and customer preferences.
  • • Monitor the product portfolio for utilization and performance.
  • • Track mortgage market developments and policy changes affecting housing finance.
  • • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, providing data-driven insights for business decisions and product development.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
