Job Title: Network Infrastructure SpecialistThe primary role of a Network Support Engineer is to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our network infrastructure.We are seeking an experienced professional with strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, BGP, OSPF, etc. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of NMS/NOC dashboards and alerting systems.The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring IP Core network health, acknowledging and responding to alarms and customer-reported incidents, and performing basic diagnostics and troubleshooting.This position requires excellent communication and documentation skills, as well as the ability to multitask and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, along with 1-2 years of experience in NOC or technical support roles.The selected candidate will work in a shift-based model to ensure continuous network visibility and timely incident response.Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, BGP, OSPF, etc.)
  • NMS/NOC dashboard and alerting system experience
  • Basic diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and follow SOPs
