Leading Residential Building Project Specialist

The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of a 40-storey residential building. This involves developing project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project, creating resource-loaded plans with accurate material and manpower allocations, and generating S-curves for effective tracking of project resources.
Additional responsibilities include preparing technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborating with structural engineers, contractors, and project managers.
Key qualifications include expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel for planning and resource management, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for architectural coordination.
Beyond these core competencies, successful candidates should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, enabling them to effectively manage teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
