Are you looking for a challenging role in lead management? We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Management Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of professional experience in residential construction projects and possess strong organizational and lead management skills. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet navigation, is also required.

We are seeking a results-driven individual who can effectively communicate with new leads, manage lead data records, and collaborate with technical team members such as architects and interior designers.   • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage lead data records and ensure accurate information is captured and stored.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to brief new leads on project details and client brand information.
  • Develop and implement effective lead management strategies to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of professional experience in residential (single and multifamily) construction projects.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet navigation.
  • Strong organizational and lead management skills, with ability to follow through via digital portal, email, messaging, and face-to-face meetings with new leads.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
