Project Based Architect

A highly skilled and experienced professional is required to lead architectural projects on a project-by-project basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of commercial and residential designs, excellent design skills, and the ability to work efficiently within time constraints.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute architectural plans for various projects including commercial and residential buildings.
  2. Create detailed designs, blueprints, and 3D models using industry-standard software.
  3. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
  4. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  5. Provide input on material selection and project timelines.
  6. Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture/Engineering.

  4. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
