Project Executive

The role of an offshore EPC project executive is pivotal in overseeing single or multiple fabrication projects, encompassing jackets with piles and ancillaries, topsides, and subsea structures.

This position involves managing all phases of the project from pre-bid to post-award activities until project closeout, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implement daily operations for assigned projects, ensuring adherence to standards, procedures, and client requirements.
  2. Manage project requirements, timelines, budgets, scope, vendors, procurement, and prepare construction reports for stakeholders.
  3. Effectively lead the project team, ensuring clear communication across departments.
  4. Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery, high HSE standards, and cost efficiency; develop contingency plans for critical delays.
  5. Organize project meetings to monitor performance indicators.
  6. Manage all internal and external project interfaces with stakeholders.
  7. Track project costs to stay within budget and report progress regularly.
  8. Motivate the site team to deliver safely, on time, and within budget.
  9. Ensure timely, accurate reporting and proper documentation submission.
  10. Conduct project closeout, including evaluations and lessons learned.
  11. Promote a culture of safety and productivity, modeling organizational values.
  12. Foster professional interactions, provide coaching, and encourage team development.
  13. Participate actively in safety meetings and oversee quality and HSE programs.
  14. Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental policies, maintaining a safe work environment.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, combined with at least 5 years of experience in project management, is highly desirable.
