Job Title:

Offshore Fabrication Project Lead

The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex offshore fabrication projects, encompassing Jackets with Piles & ancillaries, Topsides (Wellheads / Living Quarters Module), and Subsea Structures (Boat landings, Risers/Bumper guards, clamps, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure project operations are implemented efficiently, adhering to industry standards and client requirements.
  2. Manage project requirements, timelines, scope, vendors, procurement, and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
  3. Lead the project team effectively, fostering clear communication across departments.
  4. Monitor project progress closely to ensure timely delivery, high HSE standards, and cost-effectiveness; develop contingency plans for critical delays.
  5. Organize project meetings to track performance indicators.
  6. Manage all internal and external project interfaces with stakeholders.
  7. Track project costs to stay within budget and report progress regularly.
  8. Motivate the site team to deliver safely, on time, and within budget.
  9. Ensure timely, accurate reporting and proper documentation submission.
  10. Conduct project closeout, including evaluations and lessons learned.
  11. Promote a culture of safety and productivity, modeling company values.
  12. Foster professional interactions, provide coaching, and encourage team development.
  13. Participate actively in safety meetings and oversee quality and HSE programs.
Requirements:

Minimum 12 years of relevant offshore fabrication experience. Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.
