Job Description: Senior Project Leader

The primary objective of this role is to manage and oversee multiple offshore projects, encompassing fabrication, installation, and completion. This encompasses managing project phases from pre-contract to post-award activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement daily operations for assigned projects, guaranteeing adherence to established protocols and client expectations.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, scope, vendors, procurement, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Effectively lead the project team, fostering clear communication across departments.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery, strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, and cost efficiency; develop contingency plans for potential delays.
  • Organize regular project meetings to track performance indicators.
  • Manage all internal and external project interfaces with stakeholders.
  • Track project expenses to stay within budget and report progress regularly.
  • Motivate the site team to deliver safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and proper documentation submission.
  • Conduct thorough project closeout, including evaluations and lessons learned.
