Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and organize incoming and outgoing emails
  2. Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and internal communications
  3. Maintain accurate records and documentation of correspondence
  4. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication flows within the organization
  5. Utilize Excel to analyze data, create reports, and streamline processes
  6. Assist in other administrative tasks as needed
Job RequirementsKey Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (experience with formulas, data manipulation, and reporting preferred)
  4. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  5. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
