Job Title: Talent Acquisition ManagerLocation: Offshore

Talent Acquisition Managers lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our business, with a focus on sourcing high-quality talent for white-collar and executive positions across sectors including Health, Education, Banking/Fintech and other blue collar related roles. This role will oversee recruitment operations, manage a team of recruiters, and ensure the delivery of timely, efficient, and compliant hiring solutions to meet client and internal staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with our business objectives and market expansion plans.
    • Forecast staffing needs and create recruitment roadmaps for multiple projects and clients.
  • Talent Sourcing & Acquisition
    • Identify, attract, and engage top-tier candidates using multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, headhunting, referrals).
    • Build and maintain a talent pool for Health, Education, and Banking sectors.
  • Team Management
    • Lead, train, and mentor recruitment team members to meet performance targets.
    • Allocate tasks and monitor daily activities of recruiters to ensure efficiency.
  • Client Engagement
    • Liaise with internal stakeholders and clients to understand hiring requirements and expectations.
    • Ensure service delivery meets agreed KPIs and SLAs.
  • Process & Compliance
    • Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and internal policies.
    • Maintain accurate recruitment reports, dashboards, and candidate databases.
    Qualifications & Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
    • Proven expertise in hiring for white-collar and executive positions.
    • Experience in Health, Education, and Banking sectors is an advantage.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
