Talent Acquisition Specialist Job

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and completing the entire recruitment cycle to hire individuals for various roles within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with excellent oral and written communication skills. They will be able to collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs of the roles to be filled, and implement effective recruiting methods using social media, job portals, job fairs, referrals, and headhunting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs of the roles to be filled.
  2. Manage the overall hiring strategy of the organization to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
  3. Identify and implement effective recruiting methods.
  4. Proactively build a candidate pipeline by implementing strategies such as employer branding.
  5. Assess applicant qualifications through interviews, response analysis, reference checks, technical and language tests, and qualification comparison.
  6. Maintain communication with candidates regarding their application status.
  7. Keep recruitment data updated in the internal database.
  8. Ffill vacancies timely and inform hiring managers of onboarded candidates.
Requirements:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in recruiting both technical and non-technical roles is preferred.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business, MIS, or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
