Job Description:

JSONS Communications is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in Islamabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of HR functions including recruitment, interview screening, and collaboration with the recruitment team. This role requires a strong ability to maintain accurate records and perform tasks assigned by the supervisor or HR manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Selection: Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Interview Screening: Screen candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned by the supervisor or HR manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and HR practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a night shift environment.
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
