About the Role:

Proactive sourcing and recruitment practices are essential in this role, and you will pursue innovative channels to find exceptional candidates who align with our expectations.

  • Tech Recruitment Expertise: You have extensive full-cycle technical recruitment experience, with a strong network of quality developers in the technology industry.
  • Agile Environments: You possess proven expertise in recruiting for Agile environments, including DSDM, Scrum, XP, Architects, and similar methodologies.
  • Digital Technologies: Familiarity with digital technologies such as iOS and Android development, Web Programming, Cloud Computing, Big Data, Internet of Things, Mobile Development, Security, and Applied Innovation is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish and maintain relationships with business leaders and HR partners to advise on talent acquisition strategies and fill job vacancies effectively.
  2. Conduct thorough intake conversations with stakeholders to understand diversity, sourcing, and role requirements, capturing the essence of each position to craft compelling job descriptions.
  3. Pursue proactive sourcing and recruitment practices to find exceptional talent through various channels, including social media, networking, street marketing, and other innovative sources.
  4. Present high-quality candidates directly in line with expectations, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
  5. Maintain the Applicant Tracking System to provide transparent updates on candidate progress.
