ISO 14001 Environmental Management Officer

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a related field is required for this position. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices.

  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System to ensure environmental management processes align with standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify potential impacts and aspects associated with organizational activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and promote sustainability practices.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to establish measurable objectives and targets.
  • Monitor progress toward achieving environmental goals and facilitate necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain systems for monitoring and measuring environmental performance and plan regular internal audits to assess compliance with ISO 14001 standards.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Job Specification

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a related field.
  • Certification in Environmental Management is highly desirable.
  • 2+ years of experience in implementing and managing environmental management systems within an ISO 14001 framework.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data and drive continuous improvement.
