Job Role: Store Operations Manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to manage our front desk operations. The successful candidate will handle billing, payments, and cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and a friendly attitude towards customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers professionally and guide them regarding available services.
- Generate accurate bills and invoices using POS or billing software.
- Receive and process various payment methods, issue receipts, and manage cash registers.
- Maintain daily cash records and reconcile balances in coordination with the team lead.
- Handle incoming calls, manage service appointments, and respond to general customer inquiries.
- Promote ongoing offers, service packages, and relevant products to customers.
- Ensure the reception and customer waiting area remains clean and organized.
- Address customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Support administrative tasks, such as maintaining service logs and customer records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business (B.Com)
- 2–3 years of experience in cashiering, front desk, or customer service roles (preferably in automotive or retail sectors)
- Proficient in MS Excel, billing software, and POS systems
- Trustworthy, well-presented, and customer-friendly personality
- Strong communication and organizational skills
