About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to serve as a strategic partner for customers, helping them design and implement seamless integrations using our AI-powered platform.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customers can effectively leverage our platform to build high-performance, scalable integration solutions.

Your Responsibilities
  • Design and Architect Scalable Solutions: Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop high-performance, scalable integration architectures.
  • Provide Technical Guidance: Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them on API best practices, data flow architecture, and integration strategies.
  • Develop Proof of Concepts: Build and demonstrate proof-of-concept (PoC) integrations, showcasing our platform's capabilities and assisting customers in implementation.
  • Optimize for Scalability and Performance: Design solutions that handle millions of transactions per second/minute with sub-millisecond latency.
  • Drive API and Automation Excellence: Assist customers in leveraging our APIs, AI-powered automation, and smart connectivity features.
  • Ensure Security and Compliance: Implement best practices for API security, authentication (OAuth, JWT, OpenID), and compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, etc.).
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with engineering and product teams to provide customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
  • Educate and Enable: Train customers, partners, and internal teams on best practices for using our integration platform effectively.
  • Mentor and Lead: Share best practices, mentor junior solution engineers, and contribute to documentation and technical leadership.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise integration.
  • Strong background in API architecture, RESTful & GraphQL APIs, and event-driven integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with backend development in Java, Python, or Node.js.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
  • Knowledge of API authentication, security best practices (OAuth, JWT, OpenID), and compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, etc.).
  • Experience designing solutions that handle high-scale, low-latency transactions.
  • Familiarity with iPaaS platforms (Mulesoft, Workato, Tray.io, etc.) and automation workflows.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
