We are seeking a skilled Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for efficiently administering and maintaining LMS systems, providing timely data to stakeholders for informed decision-making, and supporting the training program logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain Learning Management Systems (LMS) efficiently
  • Provide timely data to L&D, HR, and business leaders for informed decision-making
  • Create live sessions, upload SCORM files, and ensure data integrity within the LMS
  • Support the L&D team with training program logistics, including e-learning course uploads and participant invitations
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in learning and development or HR administration
  • Experience with LMS administration and reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite or Google Suite
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
