Responsibilities- Manage administrative activities effectively and efficiently, such as:
- Manage security issues.
- Supervise housekeeping.
- Supervise Time Office.
- Manage cafeteria.
- Arrange and manage logistics.
- Check and provide utilities (KESC, water supply).
- Ensure timely and effective solutions to administrative problems (electricity breakdowns, drain line issues outside the factory, etc.).
- Responsible for dealing with government agencies.
- High IQ
- Good communication skills
- Good supervisory skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
