About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Zonal Sales Manager to lead our team in the Foliar & Pesticides business. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving performance and growth in your assigned region, leveraging your exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to build strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership: Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development to a team of sales professionals, ensuring their success and growth.
  2. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and expansion.
  3. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform business strategies.
  4. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
  6. Performance Monitoring: Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate regional performance and address any challenges or gaps.
  7. Training and Development: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance team skills and capabilities.
  8. Reporting and Insights: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and operational metrics to senior management.
