We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Zonal Sales Manager to lead our team in the Foliar & Pesticides business. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving performance and growth in your assigned region, leveraging your exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to build strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership: Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development to a team of sales professionals, ensuring their success and growth.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and expansion.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform business strategies.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring: Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate regional performance and address any challenges or gaps.
- Training and Development: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance team skills and capabilities.
- Reporting and Insights: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and operational metrics to senior management.
