We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to develop and execute a growth strategy that balances customer satisfaction with financial gain.
The ideal candidate will conduct market research to identify new opportunities and client needs, building strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
A key responsibility will be to arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients, promoting Premium Travel & Holidays' services and brand to enhance our reputation.
This role requires the ability to identify client travel needs and present suitable solutions, including travel packages, corporate arrangements, and holiday offers.
Strong analytical skills are required to track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Collaboration with the marketing team is essential to develop promotional campaigns and strategies.
Promoting the company through industry events, travel fairs, and networking opportunities is also crucial.
