Job Summary:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, driving sales growth and excellence in the assigned region

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join Ilyas Group of Industries Ltd. as a Zonal Sales Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI)
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales team, promoting growth and improvement
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to enhance sales performance and efficiency

Essential Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Zonal Sales Manager or similar senior sales position, with a solid understanding of sales operations and strategy
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent, with specialization in sales management and marketing

Key Competencies:

  • Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in sales analytics and market research
  • A proactive approach to sales performance improvement, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding targets
