Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Analyst to join our team in a contract | commission-based role.


Salary & Compensation

This is a fully commission-based position with a competitive earning potential.

  • You will earn $80 per credit, where each credit represents a 60-minute call between your expert and the client.
  • You will also receive $3 per expert submission, where a submission refers to an expert you source who signs up at our website, completes required screening questions, and is submitted to the client for consideration.

Total potential earnings can be calculated based on credits and submissions. For example, 10 credits would translate to $800, while 30 expert submissions would amount to $90.


Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing and signing up experts via Zoho to work on client projects.
  • Messaging potential candidates on LinkedIn to attract top talent.
  • Reviewing and sourcing expert profiles for optimal project matching.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 0-2 years of lead generation or recruitment experience.
  • An updated LinkedIn account with 100+ connections.
  • Availability to dedicate consistent effort to the role, free from full-time employment or student commitments.

Please note that flexible timing is allowed, but consistent effort is required to meet targets.


Understanding Credits & Submissions

A 'credit' is earned when an expert you sign up completes the following process:

  • You source and sign up an expert.
  • The expert completes any required screening/introductory questions.
  • The expert is submitted to a client for consideration by the project coordinator.
  • The client books a call with the expert, and the call is completed (60 minutes).

Each 60-minute call between your expert and the client counts as 1 credit. If the expert is booked multiple times by the same or different clients, subsequent bookings count as 0.5 credits.

A 'submission' refers to each expert you source who signs up at our website, completes any required screening questions, and is submitted to the client for consideration by the project coordinator. A submission must meet these criteria to be valid.
