Nativ Global is seeking a strategic Account Manager to join our team
">- This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to manage and grow existing client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer service.
About the Role
">- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to improve client services, enhance client satisfaction, and drive account growth.
Key Responsibilities
">- Manage and grow existing client relationships, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Prepare and present proposals and pitches to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of Nativ Global's services.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
Requirements
">- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the Internet Publishing industry.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
