Business Development Manager Position

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with expertise in international client handling and sales. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with international clients, and driving growth in the global market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with international clients through proactive communication and follow-ups.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and potential partnerships in international markets.
  • Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's presence globally.
  • Purposefully prepare and deliver high-quality business proposals, presentations, and other client-related documents.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends and identify business growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage client accounts effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction is consistently met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in international business development, client handling, and sales.
  • Strong understanding of international markets and business practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple client relationships efficiently.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
